These Terms of Use govern the SnapID website, web application and mobile applications (together, the “Service”), operated by Dubio Pte. Ltd., Singapore (“we”, “us”, or “SnapID”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

SnapID helps you create passport, visa and other identification photographs by automatically processing and formatting images. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes.
No official acceptance guarantee. Photo requirements differ by country and issuing authority and can change. We aim to help you meet selected specifications, but we are not a government agency, and we cannot guarantee that an authority will accept a generated photo. You are responsible for checking the authority’s current requirements before submission.
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You may upload photographs of yourself or of another person only if you have the necessary permission or legal authority, including when acting for a child. Users under 18 should use the Service with a parent or guardian’s permission.
You retain your rights in the images you upload. You give us and our service providers permission to process those images only as reasonably needed to provide the requested photo service, operate and secure it, and respond to support requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not use SnapID to impersonate anyone, create fraudulent documents, violate another person’s rights, upload unlawful material, interfere with our systems, circumvent payment or usage restrictions, or attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineering except where the law permits it. We may suspend accounts or refuse service where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.
Prices, available photo packages and any credit balances are shown in the Service before purchase. Depending on your platform, payments may be processed by Stripe, Google Play or Apple. Store purchases may also be governed by the relevant store’s purchase and refund rules.
Once a photo-generation service has been successfully delivered, the purchase or credits used are generally not refundable unless an advertised money-back guarantee applies, we cannot deliver the paid service, or applicable law requires otherwise. If a technical fault prevents delivery, contact us at hello@snapid.app so we can investigate and offer correction, replacement credits or a refund as appropriate.
If a money-back guarantee is displayed in connection with your purchase, we will honour that guarantee. Unused credits may not be redeemable for cash and may be lost if you choose to delete your account, subject to applicable law.
The SnapID name, software, interface and other Service content (excluding your own uploaded images) are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We work to provide a reliable Service, but uninterrupted access and error-free processing cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for an authority’s rejection of a photograph where the Service was supplied as described. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid order is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, except to the extent the law does not permit such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. We may update, modify or discontinue features, and may suspend an account for serious misuse or legal reasons. We will publish material Terms changes with an updated date and provide additional notice where required by law.
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, except where mandatory consumer laws apply. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve complaints. Subject to mandatory legal rights, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Service.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and SnapID (“Company”) governing your use of the SnapID mobile and web application (“Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using SnapID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
SnapID grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapID strictly for generating personal identification photographs in accordance with these Terms.
By using SnapID, you represent and warrant that:
SnapID uses AI to help produce photographs that align with common official ID standards, including passport and visa requirements. However:
Credits are digital consumables that grant access to AI photo generation. The following terms apply:
All software, AI models, UI designs, and branding associated with SnapID remain the exclusive intellectual property of SnapID . Your license to use the Service does not convey any ownership rights.
You retain ownership of the original photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapID a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service.
SnapID is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SnapID reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use SnapID ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapID is incorporated. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
