These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and SnapID (“Company”) governing your use of the SnapID mobile and web application (“Service”).
By downloading, installing, or using SnapID, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
SnapID grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapID strictly for generating personal identification photographs in accordance with these Terms.
By using SnapID, you represent and warrant that:
SnapID uses AI to help produce photographs that align with common official ID standards, including passport and visa requirements. However:
Credits are digital consumables that grant access to AI photo generation. The following terms apply:
All software, AI models, UI designs, and branding associated with SnapID remain the exclusive intellectual property of SnapID . Your license to use the Service does not convey any ownership rights.
You retain ownership of the original photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapID a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of delivering the requested Service.
SnapID is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SnapID reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use SnapID ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapID is incorporated. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
